Room temperature was difficult to control due to the automatic heating. The hotel's location is ideal for shopping, just a short walk to the subway. Breakfast quality was also high, with a balanced mix of both Korean and Western options.

What a very lovely stay, no complains at all. Modern and luxury hotel with marvellous location in the red light area. Efficient staff, very good breakfast, perfect for walking around.

A combination of hits and misses

Great central location near restaurants, clean room with fantastic amenities, and very helpful staff made my stay enjoyable.

Breakfast was initially great, yet I encountered stomach issues after my second meal, disappointing.

Room cleanliness needs attention!!! The shower had hair that wasn't mine lingering throughout my stay. Front desk service felt slow at check-in, even with two staff members. A better flooring material could improve the room experience!!!

The room sparkled with cleanliness and featured a clothes steamer along with a coffee corner. The shower impressed with its fantastic water pressure, a highlight of our stay. Breakfast definitely stole the show with its vast selection. Each morning we indulged in a buffet packed with diverse options, perfect for fueling long days. Staff members were attentive and quick to assist with our questions. That said, we faced one snag, the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed at check-in, which slowed things down a bit. Although our initial room felt cramped with only one narrow window, the reception staff promptly helped us upgrade to a more spacious room with two windows that brightened the space significantly. I appreciated the location, with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and even a convenience store nearby. Despite minor hiccups, our time here was lovely was good.

My sleep was interrupted by street noise on the lower floor was great. It might be wise to request a room on a higher floor for better tranquility.

I was disappointed to find that the air conditioning was hard to manage. It seemed that the only way to control the temperature was through a remote that was in Hangul, frustrating. The room itself had a narrow window, diminishing my overall comfort .

The Executive Double Room was spacious with a comfy bed and an awesome shower. Breakfast had a great mix of Korean and American options, and the staff was super helpful. It's close to the train and shopping areas too 😊
